Vacancy for a HR Manager

Newmor and Morland are multi-site manufacturing businesses based in Welshpool.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

The HR Manager will play a key role in promoting company values.

A proven track record in providing professional HR advice is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Membership of the CIPD is desirable though not essential.
