Newtown's new brand to be unveiled next week

A new brand that officials hope will shape the future of Newtown will be unveiled next week.

Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council has announced an upcoming brand launch exhibition that will showcase a new identity. The exhibition will open at Bear Lanes Shopping Centre on Thursday, 10 April, running from 11am to 3pm daily throughout the Easter holidays.

The event aims to give visitors their first glimpse of Newtown's new brand identity, which the town counckil says will play a crucial role in the town's development moving forward. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore exhibits that tell the story behind the brand, engage with creative activities, and discover how local businesses and organisations can incorporate the new identity into their own initiatives.

Families are welcome at the exhibition, with free creative activities available for children, fun photo opportunities, and branded giveaways for visitors. The Town Council has also arranged for new brand displays to be installed throughout Newtown, extending the experience beyond the main exhibition space.

The exhibition will be open to the public over six days, running from Thursday, 10 April through to Wednesday, 16 April, excluding Sunday. Daily opening hours will be 11am to 3pm, providing ample opportunity for residents and visitors to attend during the Easter holiday period.

According to the Town Council, this exhibition marks just the beginning of a wider campaign that will celebrate both Newtown's rich history and its exciting future prospects. The new brand identity is expected to serve as a unifying element that local stakeholders can utilise to promote the town and its offerings.
