Montgomeryshire’s MP, Steve Witherden, will be holding his first Newtown in-person surgeries this month.
Former school teacher, Mr Witherden, has been finding his feet following his surprise general election win this summer, and as he approaches six months in the job, he is yet to confirm where his headquarters will be based.
But in the meantime, he has released two dates – December 12 and December 19 – for Welshpool surgeries with a third to be held in Newtown on December 20.
“Unfortunately, surgeries have to be on an appointment basis rather than drop-in sessions, due to Parliamentary security rules,” said Mr Witherden, adding that more will be held in other locations in the New Year.
