Walking Festival set for later this month

The Montgomery Walking Festival will take place on September 28 and 29 providing residents and visitors with the opportunity to learn all about our shire town and its surrounding area.

This year’s festival will include a special Montgomery Heritage Walk on the Sunday morning, an easy going two-mile walk led by knowledgeable guide, Eric Fairbrother, who will fill in the historical context and details along the way.

Residents and visitors alike will find this walk and talk extremely interesting.

Montgomery Walking Festival has eight fabulous guided walks in total, ranging from two to 20 miles in length.
