Conference Coordinator (Hafren Theatre)

About the role: To assist in delivering most aspects of the Theatre/College conferencing facilities together with other administrative duties connected with the Theatre as and when required.

Salary: Scale 3, Points 17 - 20, £26,462 - £28,496 per annum, pro rata, equivalent to £11,443 - £12,322 per annum.

Hours of Work: 16 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Contract: Permanent, part time.

About you: Candidates should hold a level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) also level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths (GSCE or equivalent) and have relevant experience and be IT literate equivalent to level 2.
