Estimator/Salesperson

The Role:

We are looking to recruit an estimator to work in the Pipe Support industry to provide technical support both to the sales and production team, as well as our clients.

This role is based at our office in Newtown and will involve working within a Sales/Detailing team, liaising with our current and potential clients. 

Typical Work Activities:

               Estimating and preparation of quotes

               Raising and issuing works orders

               Reading drawings and listing into individual parts

               Communicate with customers on phone and email

               In house training given

The ideal candidate will be:

               Able to understand mechanical drawings and layouts

               Self-motivated/proactive

               Able to demonstrate a good standard of written and verbal communication

               Work independently within a team environment

               High attention to detail

               Competent in using computers (Microsoft programs)

               Previous engineering experience desirable but not essential

Hours – Mon-Thurs 8:00am-16:30pm, Fri 8:00am-16:00pm

Benefits – Salary based on experience, 33 days holiday a year, company pension
