Plans for this year’s annual Newtown and District Male Voice Choir Concert are well under way.
The concert will be performed on Sunday, 14th May at the Baptist Church in Newtown, with Cymru Trio and Annette Bryn Parry as guest artists.
Under the musical directorship of Christine Roberts and accompanied by Gill Owen and Sarah Astley-Davies, organisers say it promises to be “a great evening of song, music and laughter.”
Tickets for the event event are available by either contacting Enid Morgan by emailing tickets@newtownmalevoicechoir.co.uk, sending a text with your name and how many tickets to 07891 954416 or leave a message on their Facebook page (Newtown Male Voice Choir).
The choir as is tradition, will be running a competition to win a pair of tickets for this event next week, so keep an eye on MyNewtown for all the details.
New members are invited and can go along to rehearsals on a Tuesdays at 7.30pm at the Pryce Jones Building in Newtown, or just contact any choir member.
