Thieves attempt to steal a camper van

Thieves have attempted to steal a camper van parked on a Newtown housing estate.

The vehicle was parked in the Trehafren area of the town when someone attempted to steal it between Friday, 14 April and Monday, 17 April, according to Newtown Police.

Anyone with information or who might have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area should contact PC Andrew Buckley on 101.
