Credit Union re-launch

The Cambrian Credit Union held a launch for the official re-branding of its Newtown Office at the Elephant and Castle Hotel.

 It was a highly successful afternoon that received a large amount of support from all of the guests who attended.

The directors of Brecon and District, Red Kite and Cambrian Credit Unions gathered at the re-launch of the Newtown Office to sign a Memorandum of Understanding which formalises the informal arrangement of joint working across Powys over the last 15 years.

Geoff Goodenough, Brecon and District Credit Union Chair, said the re-branding would help to ensure that people who live and work in Powys will have access to the credit union both for savings and loan products, spreading the word of the benefits of a credit union.
